RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Our Returns & Refunds policy applies to the original purchaser only.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
If for any reason, at any time a subscription does not meet your expectations, you may cancel it for a pro-rated refund for the portion of the subscription period remaining. Send an email to hello@tingomo.com. Include when you purchased the subscription, your name and address, and phone number if you wish to be contacted by phone.

KITS
If for any reason a kit does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hello@tingomo.com and we'll work to make it right. Include your name and address, and phone number if you wish to be contacted by phone. You may also return your kit for a full refund at any time.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
